About Tenace
Founded in 2021, Tenace Holding Group is a global corporate services provider headquartered in Beijing, with an international headquarters in Singapore. Tenace operates 15 offices across China, including Hong Kong, Beijing, Hainan, Shanghai, and Shenzhen, as well as nine overseas offices in Singapore, United Kingdom, United States, Indonesia, Vietnam, United Arab Emirates (Dubai), Germany, Australia, Spain. The group also works with accounting firms in more than 30 countries, including South Korea and Japan.
The group comprises nine business groups: Tangwei Bookkeeping, Tangcheng Accounting, Tangyuan Finance & Tax, Tangxin Intellectual Property, Tangcheng Weiyi, Cross-Border Payments, Tangyin Business, FPI Technology, and Construction Qualifications. With more than 2,000 service offerings, it provides full-lifecycle services such as domestic and overseas company registration and corporate secretarial services, tax, audit and compliance, and global structuring and tax advisory.

A Message from Our Founder
Tenace is an emerging technology-driven corporate services company. Guided by the values of "acting with honor and dealing with integrity", we have been building and growing our global corporate services business.
Since its founding, Tenace has expanded its operations, management, and technology teams and digitalized its end-to-end service workflow. With accounting at its core and technology supporting delivery, the group now serves more than 50,000 clients across 15 Chinese cities and nine overseas markets.
Riding this momentum, Tenace will pursue industry internationalization and client globalization as it embarks on its plans for the future. By 2027, Tenace will grow into an international company with business modules spanning Europe, the Americas, and Asia, serving more than 200,000 enterprises worldwide.

Beijing Kangxing Charity Foundation
In May 2023, Tenace joined hands with the Beijing Kangxing Charity Foundation and other organizations to support a talent development fund and take part in joint charitable initiatives, launching in-depth China-Europe collaboration in vocational education.
Flood Relief for Disaster-Stricken Areas
In August 2023, Typhoon Doksuri caused flooding across 22 counties and districts of Baoding. As a vice-president unit of the Shanxi Chamber of Commerce in Hebei Province, Tenace sourced daily necessities and other urgently needed supplies, supporting residents in affected areas and frontline flood-control workers.
Supporting Education in Underprivileged Areas
Tenace has always given back to its hometown in its own way. In 2023, it held four "Meeting the Future, Growing Heart to Heart" charity events in Lüliang and Datong, Shanxi, sponsoring children of outstanding character and academic merit, with cumulative donations of RMB 1.3 million.
Alxa Environmental Project
As a member of the SEE Foundation in Alxa, Tenace led clients and employees on a journey to Alxa during the 2023 "99 Giving Day" to plant saxaul trees, fulfilling its corporate social responsibility and promoting green environmental values.
Caring for Children in China
Tenace supported the UNICEF "Caring for Children in China" program, which focuses on more than a million children across China, addressing grandparent education and children's physical and mental health, and providing companionship for left-behind children.
